Welcome to Olive Garden salad portioning training!

This website will instruct you on how to properly portion an Olive Garden salad.

To navigate this website, use the menu on the left side of the page to navigate to each step. In addition to the menu, navigation links (buttons) will be available at the bottom of each page to continue to each step in sequential order.

Training order and completion

It is recommended to complete this training in step-by-step sequential order. The employee will be responsible for reviewing all modules (steps 1-6), viewing the instructional video, and completing the quiz. Please refer to the announcements box for due dates on this training.

Technical requirements for this training

• Computer with high-speed internet access
• Java version six or above
• Adobe flash player
• Adobe PDF reader
• A compatible browser, such as: Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, Safari, or Internet Explorer
• A printer to print out your quiz results*

If you cannot print your quiz results, you will be able to at the restaurant; however, you will need to take the quiz again to do so.
