Task Analysis

A task analysis, or “storyboard” was mapped out to show the website structure in detail. This task analysis demonstrates the task flow of the salad portioning process, which will also demonstrate the “flow” of the website in sequential order.

Accessibility Test

An accessibility test was performed in order to deem this website “accessible” to all users. These tests were to determine if the website can be effectively navigated by a keyboard, can be read by a screen reader, able to be read easily, or any other instance where a user who has disabilities can view the website.

Usability Test

The usability test helps determine if the website is easy to use and navigate, if it is aesthetically appealing to the user, was able to be read and understood easily, and if it met the instructional objectives and goals of the website for the employees.

Presentation Evaluation

The presentation evaluation, or “smile sheet” was distributed to members of the EDCI 56600 class of the summer term of the year 2013. This evaluation included questions about effectiveness of website instruction, whether the presentation was effective, if the online atmosphere was conducive to learning, and additional comments from the participants.
